Valley View Home was designed to maximize the attributes of the lot, while embodying the concept of “Mountain Modern”. The home sits on a sloping site, with the south face looking into the private garden, and the north face looking down into the valley. Both levels of this two story home have at-grade access. The cladding materials are a combination of fire proof steel facing the forest, wood shingles that have been allowed to weather, and T+G fir that has been treated with lifetime wood preserver. The upper floor includes two Bedrooms, a solarium and extensive covered decks. The lower floor includes an office, a root cellar, and a small rental suite.
