Completed as a Design / Build project with Scott Builders, this new City Hall is situated in the heart of Elkford, adjacent to the Community Center. Designed to a tight budget, the project is a series of connected volumes holding the administrative offices, with a public access counter, the Council Chambers and secure document storage. The front entry and south elevation are protected by deep overhangs and an expressed timber frame structural system.
